Who we are

Carolina Benefit Plans is a Triangle based full service benefits brokerage and consulting company. Founded in 1990, we operate with the premise that our first responsibility is to save our clients both time and money.

Instead of finding ways to "sell more insurance", we find ways to design and administer employee benefit plans that are affordable and attractive to both the employer and the employee.

By treating our clients' employee benefit issues as if they are our own, we are committed to addressing each circumstance with integrity and serving each person with respect:

• Over ten years experience in customer service, Human Resources management, resource utilization and the design and implementation of client led services
• Employed by Carolina Benefit Plans since 2003
• Specializes in customer service and regulatory compliance
